Goals

Strategic planning and implementation of development programmes and projects in Banja Luka; Preparation and implementation of projects to be funded from EU structural funds; Building a strong and successful private sector of small and medium-sized enterprises; Promotion of business operations, trade, investments, commercial and other economic relations of Banja Luka; Ensuring legal, technical, technological and economic sources of assistance to the City of Banja Luka in order to reach European standards by supporting cooperation and economic integration processes with neighbouring regions; Increase in and support to the quality and integrity, and competitiveness in business surrounding of Banja Luka, for the purpose of attracting national and foreign donors and investors; Organising and managing professional training for SMEs and businesspersons: allowing exchange of business information and education; support to the transfer of technology and specialised knowledge; Support to the establishment of development economic centres and other instruments of economic growth and business services.
